Life often brings challenges and stressors that may feel overwhelming at times. Anxiety, depression, loneliness, isolation, and self-medication are increasingly common today. It is not necessary to face these struggles alone. In my work in the social service field, I aim to provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere to work together with clients to rediscover their strengths and transcend challenges. My collaborative approach in our facility allows clients to feel understood, accepted and empowered to heal, grow and transform their lives. I bring authenticity, warmth, and a little humor into the therapeutic space.
Throughout my 30 years in this field, I have had the privilege of supporting people with a wide range of mental, emotional, relational struggles, and substance use issues, which has given me the opportunity to grow into the compassionate Chief Clinical Operations Officer I am today. I connect with a variety of pathways to healing and have learned to adjust my approach to the needs of my staff and clients to support them in the growth they desire and deserve. Through the various community wellness clinics and behavioral hospitals in which I have accrued my experience, I have had the opportunity to work with adolescents and adults of all ages and backgrounds, as well folks in the LGBTQ community and those with more severe forms of mental illness. This experience has allowed me to recognize and honor the variety of factors that contribute to well-being, and it is my pleasure to support you through your own journey of healing.
My passion for making a positive impact for others has informed my journey to help individuals, couples and families live healthier and more rewarding lives. I look forward to meeting you and making encouraging changes together! Please ask me about Assure Recovery Center and our programs.
