Our Addiction & Mental Health Programs
Drug and alcohol detox
Drug and alcohol detox is the process of safely removing harmful substances from the body while managing withdrawal symptoms that can arise when use is stopped. This stage of care is often the first step in recovery, creating a foundation for further treatment. Medical supervision is recommended because withdrawal can bring unpredictable physical and psychological effects. Detox programs may provide medications to ease discomfort, monitoring to maintain safety, and emotional support to help individuals begin treatment with stability and readiness for long-term recovery.
Residential treatment
Residential treatment offers 24-hour care in a structured environment for individuals who need an intensive level of support. Clients live on-site at the facility, allowing them to step away from everyday stressors and focus fully on recovery. Treatment often includes daily therapy sessions, group work, medication management, and wellness activities designed to address both mental health and substance use concerns. By combining professional oversight with a supportive community, residential treatment helps individuals stabilize, develop healthier coping strategies, and prepare for a successful transition back to daily life.
Partial Hospitalization Program
The partial hospitalization program, also known as day treatment, at Assure Recovery Center is often the next level of care following inpatient treatment and preceding intensive outpatient treatment. In some cases, people may enter our partial hospitalization program as their initial treatment option. This program offers a similar level of intensity and structure as an inpatient program while being flexible and accommodating, with treatment being offered most days of the week, up to 6 hours per day.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Assure Recovery Center offers an intensive outpatient program to help individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental health conditions. This program is ideal for those who require a transitional level of care as they step down from inpatient treatment as well as those who want to supplement their addiction recovery. This program meets three to five times per week for three hours per day. Due to its convenience, flexibility, and affordability, our intensive outpatient program has grown more popular in recent years.
Outpatient Program
The outpatient program at Assure Recovery Center is a step down from intensive outpatient, and other levels of care. This program is ideal for those transitioning from rehab back to everyday life. It can also be used during various stages of the recovery process, particularly when extra support is needed to avoid the risk of relapse. Similar to our other programs, our outpatient treatment program offers comprehensive care in a safe, and supportive setting. Patients can expect to participate in individual and group therapy sessions, as well as educational classes and activities twice a week for an hour at a time.
Mental health treatment
Mental health treatment provides structured support for individuals experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, or other emotional challenges. Care typically includes a combination of psychotherapy, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or dialectical behavior therapy, and, when appropriate, medication management. Treatment may also involve group sessions, family involvement, and holistic approaches that address both emotional and physical well-being. The goal is to help individuals reduce symptoms, develop healthy coping skills, and improve quality of life in a safe and supportive environment.
