Jana Warner, AMFT
Jana Warner is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with over eight years of experience in mental and behavioral health. She has supported individuals, couples, and families navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, complex trauma, and the challenges that come with severe mental health diagnoses. Her clinical approach draws from narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, Gottman, and solution-focused therapy, all informed by contextual family therapy. Known for her direct and personal style, Jana brings curiosity, honesty, and compassion into the room to help clients feel seen and supported. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The King’s College and a master’s in Couple and Family Therapy from Alliant International University, where she is currently completing her PhD. She believes that recovery is a deeply personal journey, unique to each person, and therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Jana is drawn to this work by a belief in people’s capacity for resilience and in the healing power of safe, honest relationships.
