My passion for recovery comes from both lived experience and professional education. I know firsthand the impact addiction can have on a person’s life. I struggled with addiction and spent years caught in a cycle I once believed I would never escape.
Through recovery, accountability, and a commitment to change, I completely turned my life around. I went on to pursue formal education in substance use and addiction and earned my CADC-I credential.
Today, I bring both personal experience and professional knowledge to my role as Program Director at Assure Recovery Center. What means the most to me is watching people get sober, rebuild their lives, regain their confidence, and repair relationships with the people they love. Seeing families reconnect and watching someone who once felt hopeless begin to build a life they are proud of is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
I believe in meeting people where they are while providing the compassion, accountability, structure, and support needed to create lasting change. I am living proof that recovery is possible, and I am passionate about helping others discover that their past does not have to define their future.
