I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with a background in medicine, psychology, and bioethics. My experiences training at Cleveland Clinic and the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center shaped my belief in treating the whole person and understanding the connection between mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
I earned my Master’s degree in Psychology from Alliant International University and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy to help clients understand patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop new perspectives.
I believe lasting change begins with understanding the connection between the mind, body, and behavior. I help clients recognize how they respond to stress and develop practical, sustainable ways to create healthier patterns.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping each client better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and build the tools they need for meaningful and lasting change.
